Description

This product is a GMP grade recombinant vaccinia virus mRNA cap 2'-O-methyltransferase. It can add a methyl group to the 2'-O of the first nucleotide of the cap structure (cap0) at the 5' end of RNA to form an mRNA with cap1 structure. And it can only use RNA with 7-methylguanosine cap structure (m7gppppn) as the substrate. This product is a large-scale expression of recombinant vaccinia virus mRNA cap 2'-0-methyltransferase in E. coli, which conforms to GMP production and quality management specifications.
