Description
- 5×Sequency Buffer and BigDye3.1 are both original products sold after packaging.
- Sanger Sequency Mix is an optimized combination of 5×Sequency Buffer and BigDye3.1, containing a certain amount of auxiliary additives.
- In theory, 1mL BigDye3.1 needs to be paired with 2-3mL 5×Sequency Buffer.
- Purpose and scope of application: First generation sequencing reaction.
Note
- The actual cost of the unit is relatively high, be careful when adding samples to reduce sample loss.
- Before each experiment, perform instantaneous centrifugation to further reduce the loss of the tube wall.
