Description
The RNA BR Assay Kit features high sensitivity, excellent tolerance, simple operation and wide applicability. This kit contains assay buffer, RNA standards and nucleic acid dye. Simply prepare the working solution before testing, then determine the nucleic acid concentration with a fluorometer. The assay is performed at room temperature, and 22–28℃ is the optimal temperature for best performance. The kit shows strong resistance to common contaminants including salts, free nucleotides, solvents, detergents and proteins.
