Glucose Oxidase (Glucose Oxidase, GOD) is a yellow lyophilized powder obtained by fermenting and lyophilizing the Pichia pastoris gene of the Aspergillus niger glucose oxidase gene through genetic engineering, without animal-derived ingredients. In terms of function, GOD can convert β-D-glucose with high specificity, and the efficiency of other monosaccharides is very low. It has a fast deoxygenation speed, good thermal stability, and no precipitation or turbidity after the reaction is completed.


In the application of the food industry, GOD can be used as a green and environmentally friendly additive in the food industry, which is non-toxic and has no side effects on the human body.
