Description
Lipotin 3000 is an upgraded nucleic acid transfection reagent developed based on a novel polymer macromolecular material. Its unique molecular design significantly reduces cytotoxicity and incorporates an intelligent anti-enzymatic degradation mechanism that efficiently protects nucleic acids from intracellular enzyme degradation during delivery, maximizing transfection efficiency. This reagent is broadly compatible with various nucleic acid types including DNA, siRNA, miRNA, mRNA, and ASO, and has been validated to achieve high-efficiency transfection in various cell lines and primary cells including 293T, HeLa, MCF7, HepG2, A549, NIH3T3, RAW264.7, and HCT116.
