<p><strong>Description</strong></p>



<p>The 2× Universal Fast SYBR Master Mix is a specialized premix for real-time fluorescence quantitative qPCR reactions using the dye method (SYBR Green I).The core component FastStar DNA Polymerase is an antibody based hot start DNA polymerase that can be restored by heating at 95℃ for 5 seconds. It has many advantages such as strong specificity and high detection sensitivity, and is paired with an optimal buffer optimized for qPCR. The reaction solution concentration is 2×。The unique qPCR buffer system of this product, combined with hot start enzymes, effectively inhibits the production of non-specific products and significantly &nbsp;&nbsp;improves the amplification efficiency of qPCR. It is very suitable for high specificity and sensitivity qPCR reactions.</p>



<p>This product is also suitable for qPCR rapid reaction program, 10 μ L small volume reaction can achieve rapid and accurate detection and quantification of target genes without affecting specificity and high sensitivity. Good standard curves can be obtained within a wide quantitative range, with accurate, reproducible, and reliable quantification of target genes.</p>



<p><strong>Application</strong></p>



<p>This reagent is used for quantitative amplification of DNA samples and can amplify DNA from most species. Sample types can be genomic DNA, cDNA, plasmid DNA λ DNA, etc.</p>

<li>Before use, please gently mix it upside down and avoid foaming as much as possible. After briefly centrifuging, use it. During the sample addition process, blow gently. If Mix bubbles due to improper operation, it needs to be centrifuged again before use.</li>



<li>Try to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles of this product, with freeze-thaw cycles (≤ 10) to avoid a decrease in enzyme activity. It is recommended to use small portions separately.</li>



<li>Due to the presence of fluorescent dye SYBR Green I in this product, it is necessary to store it away from light. When preparing the reaction system, it is advisable to avoid strong light exposure as much as possible.</li>



<li>Due to its extremely high detection sensitivity, this product is easily contaminated by aerosols in the air. Therefore, when preparing the reaction system, please use a super clean workbench. During the preparation process, please use a sterilization gun head and reaction tube. If conditions permit, it is recommended to use a dedicated pipette gun and a gun head with a filter element in laboratories.</li>

<li>Under normal temperature conditions, it can be stored for 12 months. If a longer period of time is needed, it can be stored at 2-8 ℃ for 24 months. After opening the eight row/frozen storage tube cap and glass bottle cap of this product, it should be re dissolved in nuclease free water within 1 hour (please refer to the instructions for specific operations). After re dissolving, it is a PCR premix that can be stored at -20℃ for 3 months and 4 ℃ for 2 weeks.</li>

<p><strong>Description</strong></p>



<p>Lyo Universal Fast SYBR Mixture is provided in freeze-dried form and is a specialized mixture for qPCR reaction using SYBR Green I chimeric fluorescence method. It can be transported and stored at room temperature before use. This mixture contains all the components required for PCR amplification, except for primers and DNA/cDNA samples. When used, it only needs to be re dissolved in water without nuclease. It has many advantages such as strong specificity, high detection sensitivity, and high amplification yield. Suitable for quantitative and qualitative analysis of DNA and cDNA samples, accurate detection can be performed within up to 6 logarithmic dynamic ranges. This mixture contains ROX Reference Dye, which is compatible with various qPCR instruments.</p>

<p>2x Ultra SYBR Mixture (With separate ROX) is a convenient premixed 2x concentrated solution for SYBR Green I-based qPCR which include HotStar Taq DNA polymerase, PCR buffer, dNTPs, SYBR Green I fluorescent dyes, Mg<sup>2+</sup>. It can be applied to the target sequence detection of genomic DNA and cDNA. The SYBR Green I dye binds to dsDNA without using sequence-specific probes. The modified HotStar Taq DNA polymerase is inactive under 40°C which effectively avoids the non-specific amplification caused by primer dimers or the nonspecific binding of prime and template. The unique PCR buffer components and the hot start enzyme ensure PCR specificity and sensitivity. The ROX is a dye molecule that can be used to normalize the well-to well fluorescent fluctuations and can be applied to all qPCR instruments using ROX as calibration dye. It has a higher sensitivity and a wider linear range which can exactly quantitate the target gene or low copy template.</p>

<p><strong>Description</strong></p>



<p>The 2×Ultra Sybr qPCR Mix is a premixed system for real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR (SYBR Green I), and the concentration is 2×. It contains Golden Star Taq DNA Polymerase, PCR Buffer, dNTPs, SYBR Green I Fluorescent Dye, and Mg<sup>2+</sup> . The operation is simple and convenient. This product is mainly used for the detection of genomic DNA target sequences and cDNA target sequences after RNA reverse transcription.</p>



<p>This product contains the fluorescent dye SYBR Green I which can bind with all double-strand DNA, so that the product can be used for the detection of different target sequences without the need for the synthesis of specific labeled probes. The Golden Star Taq DNA Polymerase in the mixture is a chemically-modified, new efficient hot-start enzyme that does not have polymerase activity at room temperature which prevents non-specific amplification efficiently, and it is activated by incubation at 95°C for 10 minutes. The combination of a unique PCR buffer system and a hot-start enzyme effectively inhibits non-specific PCR amplification and significantly increases the amplification efficiency of PCR.</p>



<p>This product is suitable for fluorescent qPCR instruments that do not require ROX as a calibration dye, such as Roche LightCycler 480, Roche LightCyler 96, Bio-rad iCyler iQ, iQ5, and CFX96.</p>

<p><strong>Description</strong></p>



<p>The 2×Ultra Sybr qPCR Mix (Low Rox) is a premixed system for realtime fluorescence quantitative PCR (SYBR Green I), and the concentration is 2×. It contains Golden Star Taq DNA Polymerase, PCR Buffer, dNTPs, SYBR Green I Fluorescent Dye, Mg<sup>2+</sup> and Low ROX as reference dye. The operation is simple and convenient. This product is mainly used for the detection of genomic DNA target sequences and cDNA target sequences after RNA reverse transcription.</p>



<p>This product contains the fluorescent dye SYBR Green I which can bind with all double-strand DNA, so that the product can be used for the detection of different target sequences without the need for the synthesis of specific labeled probes. The Golden Star Taq DNA Polymerase in the mixture is a chemically-modified, new efficient hot-start enzyme that does not have polymerase activity at room temperature which prevents non-specific amplification efficiently, and it is activated by incubation at 95°C for 10 minutes. The combination of a unique PCR buffer system and a hot-start enzyme effectively inhibits non-specific PCR amplification and significantly increases the amplification efficiency of PCR.</p>



<p>The ROX dye contained can correct the fluorescence signal error between the wells of the quantitative PCR instrument. The amount of ROX in this kit is low, and it is suitable for quantitative PCR instruments which require low ROX for signal correction, such as ABI Prism 7500/7500 Fast, Stratagene Mx3000/MX3005P, and Corbett Rotor Gene 3000.</p>
