Description:

It contains Taq DNA Polymerase, dNTPs, and optimized buffer and the red dye. This Taq Master mix is provided at 2x concentration and used at 1x concentration by adding template, primer, and H₂O. It has the 5′ to 3′ DNA polymerase activity and 5′ to 3′ exonuclease activity without 3′ 5′ exonuclease activity. The extending speed is 12 kb/min. There is an “A” on 3′ end. The PCR product can be cloned in TA vector.

Quality Control:

This product has passed the following quality control assays: functional absence of double and single stranded endonuclease activity; >90% homogeneous by SDS gel electrop horesis. Each lot of Taq DNA Polymerase is assayed for amplification from as little as 10 ng of human genomic DNA.
