<p><strong>Description</strong></p>



<p>This enzyme is a high fidelity heat-resistant DNA polymerase, with a fidelity 8-10 times that of Taq DNA polymerase. This enzyme not only has 5′-3′DNA polymerase activity, but also has 3′-5′exonuclease proofreading activity, which can timely remove nucleotide mismatches in the DNA synthesis chain, greatly increasing the accuracy of base pairing and ensuring the high fidelity of DNA synthesis. This enzyme does not have 5′-3′exonuclease activity.</p>

<p>E. The recombinant strain of Escherichia coli contains genes cloned from Pyrococcus furiosus.</p>



<p><strong>Definition of Activity</strong></p>



<p>The amount of enzyme that can catalyze the polymerization of 10nmol dNTP into a nucleotide fragment by reacting calf thymus DNA as a template at 72℃ for 30 minutes is defined as one active unit (U).</p>

<p>&nbsp;[PH8.0] 20mM Tris HCl, 100mM KCl, 0.1mM EDTA, 0.1% NP-40 (v/v), 0.1% Tween-20 (v/v), 1mM DTT, 50% glycerol (v/v).</p>

<p><strong>Description</strong></p>



<p>This product is a premixed system composed of Pfu DNA Polymerase, Mg<sup>2+</sup> , dNTPs, and PCR stabilizers and enhancers at a concentration of 2× . Pfu DNA Polymerase is a fast, high-efficiency, high-fidelity DNA polymerase with 5&#8242;-3&#8242; DNA polymerase activity and 3&#8242;-5&#8242; exonuclease activity. This polymerase is modified from other high-fidelity enzymes, has strong amplification ability, rapid amplification speed (4-6 kb/min), and high fidelity. This polymerase overcomes some defects of Pfu polymerase such as the poor amplification ability, low yield and amplification rate, which greatly shortens the reaction time.</p>



<p>The formulation of MasterMix makes the entire reaction system very stable, and suitable for the amplification of various fragment templates, minimizing human error and contamination. This product does not contain dyes, and an appropriate amount of sample loading buffer should be added for electrophoresis. The PCR product does not have an &#8220;A&#8221; base at the 3&#8242; end and can be directly used for blunt-end cloning. For T/A cloning, it is necessary to add &#8220;A&#8221; to the end of the PCR product.</p>



<p><strong>Quality Control</strong></p>



<p>No exogenous nuclease activity was detected; Can efficiently amplify various kinds of DNA templates; No apparent activity change after being stored at 2-8°C for one month.</p>

<p><strong>Description</strong></p>



<p>This product is a premixed system composed of Pfu DNA Polymerase, Mg<sup>2+</sup>, dNTPs, PCR stabilizers and enhancers, with a concentration of 2 ×。 Pfu DNA Polymerase has 5 &#8216;-3&#8217; DNA polymerase activity and 3 &#8216;-5&#8217; exonuclease activity, thus possessing error correction ability during DNA amplification.Compared with Taq DNA Polymerase, it has high fidelity (6-8 times that of Taq enzyme) and better thermal stability. The pre prepared PCR mixture makes the operation simpler and faster, minimizing human error and pollution. The original MasterMix formula makes the entire reaction system very stable and has good repeatability. This product has been added with a dye (blue) and can be directly subjected to electrophoresis detection after the reaction is completed. The Pfu DNA polymerase contained in this product has the characteristics of low mismatch rate and high temperature resistance, making it suitable for gene cloning, gene site-specific mutations, SNP, and terminal complement reactions.</p>



<p><strong>Quality Control</strong></p>



<p>After testing, there was no exogenous nuclease activity; PCR method for detecting non host residual DNA; it can effectively amplify single copy genes from multiple genomes; Storage at 2-8 ℃ for three months showed no significant change in activity.</p>
