<p><strong>Description</strong></p>



<p>This product is a kit for one-step Real Time RT qPCR using RNA as a template using probe methods such as TaqMan and Molecular Beacon. When using this product for Real Time RT qPCR reaction, reverse transcription and quantitative PCR are carried out in the same reaction system, without the need to add reagents or open the tube cap, which avoids contamination and improves experimental efficiency. This reagent introduces a dUTP/UG anti contamination system, which can rapidly degrade pollutants containing U at room temperature without affecting the efficiency and sensitivity of RT qPCR. This product is equipped with a freeze-drying protectant and can be used for the preparation of freeze-drying reagents.</p>

<li>This product uses RNA as a template for one-step RT-PCR experiments. During the operation, RNase contamination should be avoided. It is recommended to perform RNA operations in a dedicated area, using specialized instruments and consumables. Operators should wear masks and disposable gloves, and frequently change gloves. The experimental consumables should be treated with a 0.1% DEPC (diethyl carbonate) aqueous solution at 37 ℃ for 12 hours, and sterilized under high pressure for 30 minutes before use.</li>



<li>This product should avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles and is recommended to be packaged and stored separately.</li>



<li>If there is precipitation or crystallization after melting the 5 × One Step Lyophilization Protector, please dissolve it in a 70 ℃ water bath without affecting its use.</li>

<p><strong>Description</strong></p>



<p>Lyo Universal One Step RT qPCR Mixture is a specialized in situ all component freeze-drying reagent that uses RNA as a template for quantitative PCR reactions. The buffer contains Taq DNA polymerase modified with novel antibodies, highly efficient thermally stable reverse transcriptase, enhancers and stabilizers.Mg<sup>2+ </sup>and dNTP are also present, and factors that effectively inhibit non-specific PCR amplification and enhance the efficiency of multiple qPCR reactions are added. This allows for multiple fluorescence quantitative amplification reactions while ensuring primer amplification efficiency. This product is convenient and fast to use, just add primer probes, and after extraction, the nucleic acid sample can be amplified on the machine. This product is compatible with both single and multiple probe qPCR reaction systems for routine and rapid detection.</p>

<p>Fast Probe One Step RT-qPCR, UNG Kit is designed specifically for quantitative PCR detection using RNA as a template, such as RNA viruses. Using gene-specific primers (GSPS), reverse transcription and qPCR reactions are performed in one tube without the need for additional tube opening/pipetting operations, greatly increasing assay throughput and reducing the risk of contamination. The dUTP/UNG anti-contamination system is introduced in this kit. Heat sensitive UNG can degrade U-containing pollutants rapidly at room temperature. Rapid inactivation of UNG by reverse transcription at 55°C did not affect the efficiency and sensitivity of qRT-PCR. Combined with optimized buffer system, antibody modified Taq enzyme and mutated M-MLV, the detection sensitivity of Fast Probe One Step RT-qPCR, UNG Kit can reach 0.1pg total RNA or &lt;10 copies of RNA template and has higher thermal stability. 5×Fast Probe One Step RT-qPCR UNG Buffer contains optimized buffer system and dNTP/dUTP Mix, which is especially suitable for high specificity, low template concentration and multiple fast detection of fluorescent-labeled probes such as TaqMan.</p>



<p><strong>Note</strong></p>



<p>Before use, please gently mix the product upside down after it is completely melted, avoid foaming as far as possible, and use after a short centrifugation. Avoid freezing and thawing this product repeatedly. ROX dye is used to correct fluorescence signal errors generated between quantitative PCR holes. This product does not contain ROX dye.</p>
