Description

This product is a restriction endonuclease type II, derived from a recombinant protein encoded by the BspQI gene in Bacillus sphaericus expressed in E. coli. Its recognition sequence is 5 ‘- GCCTTCN1/N4-3’, mainly used for enzyme digestion of plasmids to prepare poly (A/T/G/C) terminated linearized DNA fragments and obtain specific sticky ends.
