dNTP Mix 2.5mM each is a premixed solution containing sodium salts of dATP, dCTP, dGTP and dTTP, each at 2.5mM in water.
So the total concentration of nucleotides therefore is 10mM (pH 7.4). dNTP mixes are ready-to-use solutions designed to save time and to provide higher reproducibility in PCR and other applications.
