Description

Droplet microfluidics is an innovative technology with broad application prospects, which is widely applied in droplet digital PCR and single-cell analysis. Under certain pressure, the continuous phase and dispersed phase form uniform droplets inside the microchannels of microfluidic chips.

Droplet Generation Oil consists of fluorocarbon oil and dissolved surfactants. Fluorocarbon oil is commonly used as the continuous phase for droplet microfluidics due to its low viscosity and high gas solubility. Surfactants reduce the oil-water interfacial tension to stabilize droplets. Specially formulated and optimized, Droplet Generation Oil features excellent biocompatibility. It can produce highly uniform and stable droplets for subsequent biological analysis.
