<p><strong>Description</strong></p>



<p>The Equalbit dsDNA BR (Broad Range) Assay Kit is a simple, sensitive, and accurate fluorescent quantitative detection kit for double-stranded DNA (dsDNA). This kit includes fluorescent detection reagents, buffer, and dsDNA standards. It exhibits excellent linearity for dsDNA samples in the range of 4–2,000ng, enabling precise quantification of samples with concentrations between 0.2–2,000ng/μL. The kit demonstrates higher selectivity for dsDNA compared to RNA and maintains good tolerance to common contaminants such as salts, free nucleotides, proteins, solvents, and detergents. This product is easy to operate and can be performed at room temperature. Before use, dilute the fluorescent detection reagent with buffer to prepare the working solution, then add the dsDNA sample to be tested. The Qubit fluorescence instrument can then be used for detection.</p>

<p><strong>Description</strong></p>



<p>Universal Visual SYBR qPCR Master Mix is a specialized qPCR reagent for SYBR Green I chimeric dye method. It is a 2 × premix containing all qPCR components except primers and DNA samples, which can reduce operation steps, shorten sample addition time, and lower the risk of contamination. Its core component is antibody modified hot start Taq DNA polymerase, combined with carefully optimized buffer system and PCR reaction promoter, which has strong specificity and high amplification efficiency, and can effectively inhibit non-specific amplification. It can accurately quantify templates with a wide concentration range and obtain stable and reliable qPCR results. This product already contains universal calibration dyes and is compatible with the vast majority of qPCR devices, without the need for additional dyes to calibrate the instrument.</p>



<p>This product can utilize the color changing effect generated by mixing different dyes to track the pipetting process, thereby significantly reducing pipetting errors. The Universal Visual SYBR qPCR Master Mix contains blue dye, while the 10 × Dilution Buffer contains yellow dye. When a template diluted with Dilution Buffer (yellow) is added to the Universal Visual SYBR qPCR Master Mix (blue), a color change effect from blue to green occurs, allowing for accurate determination of whether the template has been added based on the liquid color.</p>

<p>This product contains HiFi Long DNA Polymerase, dNTPs, and optimized reaction buffer at a concentration of 2 ×. When using, simply add the template and primer, and add water until the final concentration of Mix is 1 ×. This product is a mixture of various ultra fidelity enzymes modified with advanced genetic engineering and extended factors, greatly improving amplification length, amplification speed, fidelity, and yield. This product is the preferred product for long fragment ultra fidelity rapid amplification. This product contains a red tracer dye and can be directly loaded for electrophoresis without the need for sample buffer; It can also be purified for subsequent operations such as enzyme digestion, ligation, fluorescence sequencing, etc. The PCR product is a flat end and does not require the addition of an A head. It can be directly cloned using the pTOPO Blunt flat end series vector.</p>

<p>The HF PCR mix contains a modified high-fidelity hot-start enzyme, dNTPs, unique extension factors, specific facilitation factors, and a high-performance buffer system. It offers superior amplification capability and specificity, while also being compatible with amplification of partially crude genomic DNA. The polymerase in the HF PCR mix is a highly modified ultra-fidelity DNA polymerase selected through high-throughput screening, with approximately 240 times the fidelity of conventional Taq DNA polymerase. This product includes monoclonal antibodies, enabling highly specific hot-start PCR. The 2× Master Mix requires only the addition of primers and templates for PCR amplification, simplifying the complex pipetting process and improving detection throughput, reproducibility, and stability of results.</p>



<p>This kit is suitable for PCR amplification with high fidelity requirements. The amplified PCR products do not have an &#8220;A&#8221; base at the 3&#8242; end, allowing direct cloning into blunt-ended vectors.</p>

<p>This product is an optimized 2xpremix reagent composed of Super Pfx DNA Polymerase, Mg2+, dNTPs, and reaction buffer. PCR reaction can be carried out by adding primers and DNA templates. Super Pfx DNA polymerase has 3 ´ → 5 ´ exonuclease activity, and its fidelity is about 100 times that of Taq DNA polymerase, making it an ideal choice for cloning. This enzyme achieves high-speed PCR with an extension rate of 10 sec/kb while maintaining high fidelity through the introduction of extension enhancement technology. The amplification length can reach 20 kb. In addition, this product can amplify long fragments, GC rich regions, and excess templates that are difficult to amplify with high success rate. The PCR product obtained by amplification does not contain the &#8220;A&#8221; base at the 3 &#8216;end and can be directly cloned into a blunt ended vector.</p>



<p>This product is divided into standard 2 x Master Mix without Loading Dye and 2 x Master Mix with Loading Dye.</p>

<p><strong>Description</strong></p>



<p>This product is a premixed system composed of E Taq DNA Polymerase, Mg<sup>2+</sup>, dNTPs, and PCR stabilizers and enhancers at a concentration of 2x. E Taq DNA Polymerase has high amplification efficiency and low mismatch rate. The original MasterMix formula makes the whole reaction system very stable. More than 98% of PCR amplifications can be successful at one time. At the same time, complicated templates can be effectively amplified, and human error and contamination can be minimized. This product has been added with dye (blue), and electrophoresis gel detection can be performed directly after the reaction. Most of the amplified PCR products have an &#8220;A&#8221; base attached to the 3&#8242; end, and therefore can be directly used for T/A cloning. It is mainly suitable conventional PCR reactions and experiments such as gene cloning that require high fidelity.</p>



<p><strong>Quality Control</strong></p>



<p>No exogenous nuclease activity was detected; no host DNA was detected by PCR; single copy genes in multiple genomes could be efficiently amplified.</p>

<p><strong>Description</strong></p>



<p>Universal FastStart Probe Mixture (UNG) is a 2 × qPCR premix suitable for fluorescence quantitative detection using probe method, including Taq DNA Polymerase、Uracil-N-Glycosylase, PCR Buffer, dNTPs, Mg<sup>2+, </sup>K<sup>+, </sup>Enhancers and stabilizers, etc. Taq DNA Polymerase is a double antibody blocking type hot start enzyme, with a polymerase activity blocking rate of over 95% at temperatures of 55℃ and below. It can effectively reduce non-specific amplification at low temperatures. The added Uracil-N-Glycosylase and dUTP anti fouling system can catalyze dsDNA and ssDNA containing uracil, release free uracil, and reduce cross contamination of amplification products. The unique PCR buffer system can significantly improve the efficiency of qPCR amplification and accurately detect within a dynamic range of up to 6 logarithmic levels.</p>



<p>This product is suitable for single and multiple amplification, with high detection sensitivity and good specificity. It can detect templates as low as single copy and supports direct amplification of oral swabs and low concentration blood samples. It has strong universality and is widely used in gene expression and virus detection. And the glycerol content of the premix is extremely low, which can be directly combined with freeze-drying protectants for freeze-drying.</p>

<p><strong>Description</strong></p>



<p>This product contains Tag Plus DNA polymerase dNTPs, MgCl<sub>2</sub>, Reaction buffer with a concentration of 2×. It has the advantages of being fast, simple, highly sensitive, specific, and stable, which can minimize human error to the greatest extent possible.</p>



<p>This product is easy to use and can avoid contamination during PCR operations. To use, simply take an appropriate amount of 2×PCR Super MasterMix solution, add templates and primers, and add deionized water to make up the volume, so that the MasterMix solution concentration is 1x for reaction. Please ensure sufficient dissolution and mixing before use.</p>



<p>This product comes in two types: dye containing and dye free. There are two types of dyes (blue dye and yellow dye) in dye containing products, which are separated during electrophoresis to monitor migration progress. The mobility of blue dye in 1% agarose gel is the same as that of 3-5 kb DNA fragment. The yellow dye migrated faster (&lt;50 bp) than the primer in 1% agarose gel.</p>



<p><strong>Application</strong></p>



<p>Genetic testing: The error between different batches of this product is very small, making it particularly suitable for large-scale genetic testing, semi quantitative PCR experiments, and trace DNA detection.</p>



<p>This product is suitable for PCR amplification of DNA fragments, DNA labeling, primer extension, sequence determination, etc. The PCR product with band A can be directly cloned using TA after purification.</p>



<p><strong>Quality control</strong></p>



<p>No exogenous nuclease activity detected: PCR method detects no host residual DNA; Can effectively amplify single copy genes in human genes; After being stored at room temperature for one week, there was no significant change in activity.</p>
