Description
The RNA Library Prep Kit for Illumina & MGI (Non-strand) is a reagent kit for non-strand-specific transcriptome library construction on the Illumina & MGI high-throughput sequencing platforms. It includes reagents for RNA fragmentation, reverse transcription, double-stranded cDNA synthesis/end repair, adapter ligation and library amplification.
The kit combines second-strand synthesis, end repair and A-tailing into a single step, with no need for intermediate product purification, which greatly simplifies the workflow and shortens the library preparation time. The optimized reaction system improves library conversion efficiency and provides a better solution for lower-quality RNA. Together with a pre-treatment kit, it can be applied to transcriptome library construction from 10 ng – 1 µg of Total RNA. When Total RNA is used directly for library construction, it is suitable for 0.25 – 100 ng of high-quality Total RNA. All reagents included in the kit have undergone strict quality control and functional verification, ensuring the stability and reproducibility of library construction to the greatest extent.
Features
- Wide applicability: Suitable for the construction of eukaryotic total RNA, mRNA enriched by Poly (A) method, and RNA libraries after rRNA removal in animals, plants, and fungi with good integrity.
- High library output: Optimized reaction system improves library conversion efficiency.
